MAILBOXES

From small 4″ x 5″ boxes to the large 12″ x 12″ boxes, we have a mailbox to fit every mail receiving situation. Only one month minimum payment is required to start up service (plus one time opening fee), although you can pay for as many months in advance as you wish. Or you can pay for a year in advance and receive a discount!

Rates:

• Basic 4″ x 5″ mailbox

  • $25 per month or $250 per year (2 months free when paid by the year).

  • Allows you two last names and up to 25 packages per month.

• Medium 5″ x 12″ mailbox

  • $35 per month or $350 per year (2 months free when paid by the year).

  • Allows you five last names and up to 35 packages per month.

• Large 12″ x 12″ mailbox (CURRENTLY SOLD OUT)

  • $55 per month or $550 per year (2 months free when paid by the year)

  • Allows you 10 last names and up to 55 packages per month.

Additional Fees:

• Opening Fee: There is a one time $15 fee to open a mailbox. This allows the new box holder access to two keys.

• Keyless Mail Pickup: Customers who forget their physical and digital keys will be charged a $2 fee to pickup their mail.

• Pouch Fee: If you receive more than your allotted packages per a month, there will be a $10 fee for the next 10 packages. Package volume is monitored by The Mail Cache staff. Fees that are not paid will be deducted from box rent.

• Oversized Package Fee: Oversized parcels (those exceeding 108″ length + girth) or overweight parcels (those exceeding 70 lbs) will incur a $10 fee.

MAIL FORWARDING

Customers ranging from Utqiavik to Antartica rely on us for prompt and accurate forwarding of their mail and parcels. Our unique computerized system allows for almost any forwarding contingency possible, and because The Mail Cache can forward what you want, when you want, where you want, and how you want!

We require all forwarding requests to be submitted via our Forwarding Request Form. We request that forwarding customers keep a credit card on file, so when they are ready to have their mail sent, they can submit the Forwarding Request Form and we can immediately charge the card, if needed, then send the mail. No interruptions or pauses, just smooth service for you.

Please remember: Per postal regulations, we cannot accept or forward mail for anyone who has not presented us with their forms of ID, proof of address, or does not have a signed Postal Form 1583 on file with us.

Rates:

• $4.00 per month + Cost of Shipping.

  1. • A valid credit card must be kept on file for forwarding costs. All forwarding fees and shipping costs must be paid in full before the mail can be sent..

     • Forwarding fees are an additional cost on top of your mailbox rental rates.
